    Description

      Implement 'svn patch', and make it use our XML format from Milestone 1.

Kevin Pilch-Bisson is waiting for issue #510, so he can make the XML format
human readable (by inserting unidiff data instead of svndiff data.)

Also, Mo DeJong has written a framework for 'svn patch'.
