r1580832 resolves a seg-fault on deleting a property which is subject to EOL
normalization -- that is, any svn:* property. It's nominated for back-port to 1.8.x.
I am writing a test case. It wasn't obvious to me how to trigger the error. I
can reproduce the error in 'svnrdump load' when loading a non-deltas dump. Bert
saw it after using (svnrdump dump | svndumpfilter | svnrdump load) [1] but I
haven't been able to reproduce it that way yet.
