Description

As identified in http://subversion.tigris.org/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=3869#desc34
the --with-gssapi feature was once used to compile libserf directly with
Subversion with enabled GSS-API support. Since libserf is now an external
component it would be wise to remove that feature alltogether.

I have attached two files. First shows all hits of 'gssapi', the second shows
that now gsssapi calls are made from within subversion.
