Description

After reviewing the code of svncopy.pl, I have seen that the changes proposed 
on discussion: http://subversion.tigris.org/ds/viewMessage.do?
dsForumId=462&dsMessageId=983363

have not been applied. Therefore, svncopy.pl -F [--file] PAR option is still 
not working.
