Description

See http://subversion.tigris.org/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=2834#desc6: many of the
suggestions generated by svn_client_suggest_merge_sources() are branches which
are long dead.  (In particular, some of those branches aren't in HEAD any more,
and have been reintegrated long ago.)

This issue calls for trimming down irrelevant branches from the suggestions.
