[SVN-3810] Not able to checkout code using TortoiseSVN

Description

Hi,

I using Tortoise SVN for code checkout regularly. Recently I deleted the folder 
and tried checkout again and got error:- could not parse chunk size
I tried all activities like:-
1. Clean up folder, then checkout and it did not work.
2. Delete the folder and checkout and it did not work.
3. Delete the repositories and URL history and checkout and it did not work.
4. Checkout at different drive and directory and it did not work. 
5. Uninstalled Tortoise SVN and installed again and it did not work.
Can anyone of you please help on this.
