Description

Given an dumpstream, the process of performing incremental loads of that stream
(perhaps so that other repository modifications can be "squeezed into" the
history, or so that multiple streams of history from overlapping dates can be
interleaved before/while loading) is very, very manual, often resulting in the
creation of temporary repositories so that 'svnadmin dump --incremental' can be
used.

It would be great to offer some form of incremental *loading* functionality.
