Description

I have looked at the existing issue, but no solution is found.
The subversion server 1.5.6 (r36142) was installed on Unix

svnadmin --version

svnadmin, version 1.5.6

and Repository format is 5.

The problem could be the repository we created in the 1.6.x format and the 
Subversion is set to use 1.5.6.
 
I try to upgrade the repository vesion, but it still does not work.
The problem still ocrrus, stating that
svnlook: Expected FS format '2'; found format '3'
