Many users have been reporting this failing assertion in libsvn_ra_svn:
svn: In file 'subversion/libsvn_ra_svn/marshal.c' line 486: assertion failed

Stein Somers posted a reproduction recipe to the users list which reproduces
the problem for him with 1.6.5 on RHEL5, and with SlikSVN on Windows.
I cannot reproduce the problem for some reason, so I'm filing this issue
so that the problem can be tracked.
Hopefully someone else can reproduce this problem.
