Description

With the move to wc-ng and using absolute paths internally, outputting relative
paths gets a bit tricky.  Right now, various commands are doing path
relativization independently (if they do it at all), but it would be nice to
have a single submodule in the commandline client which would handle path
relativization elegantly.
