Description

Steve King shares reports from the TortoiseSVN community that indicate a
segfault during 'svn update'.  He writes:

> In version 1.6.1, there's another possible segfault during updates:

>           && strcmp(fb->new_URL, entry->url) != 0)

> The 'entry->url' is NULL according to crash dumps I got for TSVN.

I can reproduce this with the soon-to-be-attached recipe script.
