    Description

Unable to determine root case but it goes like this:
(Refer to png screen shots attached)

      1. diff_with_repo.png: Shows that svnserver and TortoiseSVN are working fine
for normal (working to repo) diff, checkin, update, etc.
      2. diff_with_previous_version.png: Shows that there appears to be something
wrong with looking back at previous versions in the repositary. "Unreadable
      path encountered."
      3. log_message_offline1.png, log_message_offline2.png: No idea what is
      happening.
      4. blame_svnserver_crash.png: Svnserver service is stopped by a blame. I think
      that is fairly bad.
