Description
This is a problem for automated tinderbox/buildbot machines run by users where the provider cuts the line every 24 hours and assigns a new IP-address. svn doesn't seem to notice this (as opposed to cvs on the same machines) and never times out. It just waits forever (more than 30 hours, then I killed svn) and thus blocks the buildmachine. (This is when using svn switch (on both Linux as well as Mac OSX) in case that matters) svn should timeout after a reasonable timeframe.
