Description

I noticed that after committing a file to a repository using the 1.5.1
Subversion Collabnet binaries for Windows, causes 'svnlook author' to return
nothing.  I tried this with a brand new repository and an existing one.  I am
guessing that svnlook is expecting a certain format and cannot parse the new
format to pull out the author, but that's just a blind guess.  I have some
repositories that have been upgraded to 1.5, but haven't been committed to and
they return the correct author when 'svnlook author' is run. Also, running
'svnlook changed' and other commands works correctly on any of the repositories.
 The only problem is when running 'svn author'
