Description

As discussed on the dev-list[1] and in IRC today, the decision to stuff the
"extra revision properties" to be added to a committing operation (provided via
the command-line using the --with-revprop option) into the svn_client_ctx_t was
a bad one.  The right thing to do is to propagate those directly through the
svn_client_* APIs that do committish things.
