Description

Patch by Philippe Combes (Philippe dot Combes at ens-lyon dot fr) to (if I
understand correctly) make mailer.py able to use mappings in to_addr fields.

Patch is against 1.4 and Philippe indicated he doesn't have the time to write it
against 1.5 due to changes in mailer.py between 1.4 and 1.5.
