Description

When committing large (or time-consuming) commits to the web-dav proxy mirror
(which is re-directed to the master), the client then gives an error when the
client finishes the commit until the master can sync up with the slave server.

I would be glad to try to work with someone to help fix this as it causes us
grief when we have to do large (unknown where the breaking-point is) commits.
