Description

The path-based filtering that svndumpfilter performs on versioned paths should
(perhaps optionally) also be applied to the values of svn:mergeinfo properties.
 For example, if someone was running 'svndumpfilter include trunk' (to get only
trunk data from the dumpstream), it would be odd at best -- wrong at worst --
for the resulting dumpstream to have svn:mergeinfo properties that contained
references to various branches and tags which aren't themselves represented in
the dumpstream.
