Description

Add command-line option for suggesting merge source URLs for use by
the 'svn merge -cN URL' command (e.g. 'svn merge --suggest-sources').  This
would wrap the existing svn_client__suggest_merge_sources() API introduced to
support Merge Tracking in Subversion 1.5.0.

This is tangentially related to issue 2833.
