[SVN-2774] authz problem

Description

I configure on my server Subversion with these products/versions:
apr-1.2.8.tar.gz
httpd-2.2.4.tar.bz2
neon-0.25.5.tar.gz
subversion-1.4.3.tar.gz

All is OK; but when I try to configure authz files I have always this error
(from Client Linux and Windows XP):
Transmitting file data .svn: Commit failed (details follow):
svn: Access denied

If I disable "authz-db = /etc/authz" on svnserve.conf; It's all ok.
