Description

It would be nice if Subversion provided some way to safely back up _all_ of a
repos, including the hooks, passwords, and other config stuff.  I realize that
one can easily do this now, by just doing "svnadmin hotcopy" and then a few
other "cp"s, but since one might easily overlook, say, one's config directory,
it'd be nice if there were _one_ command that always copied everything.  Just
one less burden on the poor burdened admin.
