Description

The SVNClientSynchronized class in the JavaHL bindings really doesn't have a
useful purpose.  It wraps the SVNClient class, but that class should be itself
synchronized in the C API.

If the above is true, and the class does not have a useful purpose, it should be
removed in 2.0.
