Description

The "svnadmin hotcopy" does not successfully duplicate and replicate symlinks 
in the source repository. It's sometimes useful to share links to binaries or 
config files among multiple repositories: the error is in repos.c (as mentioned 
on the subversion mailing lists), and io.c (in order to pass along symlinks to 
the funcitons in repos.c).
