svn blame should take a --force option, just like svn diff

Details

    Description

      Key points:
       * svn blame should take a --force
       * "can't hurt"
       * This would make the file be treated as text, no matter what svn has inferred
      from the mime-type property

[13:35:12] <shruggar> anyone else agree that 'svn blame' should take a --force
the way 'svn diff' does? (to force the proccessing of files svn thinks are "binary")
      [13:35:24] * Yorick agrees
[13:35:49] <offby1> the channel agrees with The Book, always. We do not doubt
      The Book's wisdom.
      [13:35:50] <IcePic> given 15 secs of thought, I'd say: "Can't hurt"
      [13:36:02] <offby1> gack!
[13:36:06] <offby1> how would it display its output?
[13:36:15] <offby1> the whole point of "svn blame" it to annotate _lines_
[13:36:21] <offby1> binary files, by definition, don't have "lines".
[13:36:24] <Yorick> shruggar: Now, if you could teach svn about merges and get
blame to understand that, I would agree wholeheartedly
[13:36:25] <offby1> so what would the output look like?
[13:36:51] <Yorick> offby1: just like text. --force means "this is text, I promise."
[13:37:02] <Yorick> Just like it does for diff.
      [13:37:03] <shruggar> what he said
[13:37:14] <Yorick> If the user lies, he will get what he deserves.
      [13:37:19] <offby1> ah
