Description

Patch by Robert Reeves <robert.reeves_at_newisys.com>.  This patch fixes
svncopy.pl so it deletes a temporary directory it created.  There were no
responses to the patch on the dev list.

I've filed the issue under the "tools" subcomponent, although svncopy.pl is
located under the contrib directory.
