'svn log --limit X -rN:M' spurious error over ra_dav

      Description

      If I combine --limit and -rN:M then I get an error over ra_dav although the
      command appears to work otherwise.  The command works without a problem over
      ra_local and ra_svn.
      
      $ U=http://svn.collab.net/repos/svn/branches/1.2.x
      $ svn log -q --limit 1 --r16001:HEAD $U
      ------------------------------------------------------------------------
      r16036 | maxb | 2005-09-03 18:31:16 +0100 (Sat, 03 Sep 2005)

      Using both --limit and -rN:M is useful to get the first change after a given
      revision.
