Description

Likely related to issue 2284: "svn status reports symlinks as obstructed items"

Running svn info on a symlink will fail with the following error 

[mjm] svn info ~/dev/myProjectSymlink
subversion/libsvn_wc/lock.c:373: (apr_err=155007)
svn: '/Users/mjm/dev' is not a working copy

Running on the actual directory works correctly:

[mjm] svn info ~/dev/myProject/
Path: /Users/mjm/dev/myProject
