Description

Currently, all of the keyword values inside files are case-sensitive, but only
the long forms are case-sensitive when added to svn:keywords.  Since we cannot
change the behavior of existing svn:keywords, it was decided to canonicalize
future svn:keywords values.

Be sure to run the test suite and if necessary, correct any tests which may
depend on the wrong values.  Please include a patch to the documentation which
describes that keywords are case-sensitive in the file (which is currently not
specified) as well as that you can use any of the available aliases in
svn:keywords and they will be normalized to the long form when added.
