Description
If you're merging a revision range that involves directory rearrangement, 'svn merge --dry-run' will show a bunch of "skipped target" messages when dealing with changes within directories that the merge commnad *would* add. However, if you run the real 'svn merge' command, there are no warnings at all. The directories are created just fine, and the changes within them are happily applied. If I get time, I'll write a repro script to demonstrate.
