Description

followup to issue #1766

The installed Subversion is: 1.0 
The installed Apache is: 2.0.48
The installed Berkeley DB is: 4.2.52

but i guess the corruption had nothing to do with Apache or the DB anyway,
but more with the "recover" command.

Please change the priority of #1766 to P1. ( I set P5 accidentally )
repository corruption like that can be a major problem for everybody.
