      Description

I propose to change the description from "svn help switch" to the following

      $svn help switch
      [stuff omitted]
             2. switch --relocate URL_FROM URL_TO [PATH]
      [...]
        2. Reconnect the working copy when the URL repository has changed from
      URL_FROM to URL_TO.

( I am not sure exactly what is the use of the optional PATH but that should be
      described as well)

Also, in the book, the indicated syntax is not entrirely accurate. I think it
      should be something like this:
svn switch [--relocate URL_FROM] URL_TO [PATH]

But my main question is: why is the URL_FROM needed at all?
