Description

With the introduction of deltification in post-commit hooks, the task of making
sure all the revisions get properly deltified has moved over to the SVN
administrator. That itself is not great news, but mostly we are missing delta
diagnostic tools .. there should be a way to list revisions that need to be
deltified (to make sure the hooks are running good and not missing anything for
instance)
