Major Description
There are still a few places where the libraries need to call svn_path_local_style/svn_path_internal_style to convert paths to/from local style. The two obvious places are the diff library and the code handling 'svn commit -F A\B\C' (it does not give a warning if C is a versioned file unless /'s are used), but there may be more that are not directly exposed by the tests so a good review would be nice. I hope to have a patch for the commit warning in the next couple of days.
