      Description

Attached is an RCS file (produced by Max Bowsher based on my original)
that seems to produce file data that does not match that which we
      expect.

In this case, when I run cvs2svn over the RCS file, and I then checkout
the file from the new SVN repository, the file checked out is 1 byte
longer than expected, and has an "@" symbol appended to the bottom.

The file will be attached shortly.
