[SVN-1508] need up-to-date man page, or refer-to-book-only man page

Description

The man page is missing lots of things that would be really helpful.
1) The SEE ALSO section needs cross references to the other programs
included with subversion.  (e.g. svnlook, svnserver, etc...)

2) The descriptions of the subcommands need more detail, especially
descriptions of output.  For instance, the update subcommand lists the
characters used to flag actions taken, but status doesn't mention
anything about what it uses.

3) There needs to be a section that mentions what environment
variables affect the operation of subversion.
