'svn status -u' doesn't handle repos-deleted dirs recursively.

    Description

      If I have a directory tree in my working that has been deleted from
HEAD, 'svn status -u' will show only that the deleted directory and
its parent directory are out of date.  The fact of the matter is that
the entire deleted *tree* is out of date.
