    Description

Here's another MERGE timeout bug, seemingly unrelated to the first
one. In particular, Steve Williams *swears* there is no http
      compression going on at all.

          - version : 0.25 (??) "definitely no compression anywhere!"
          - OS : client: win32
          - Recipe : svn add 2GB of data (15000 files, 100 dirs)
                       svn commit
two hours of watching dots (sending txdeltas)
massive network activity (MERGE response, we assume...)
massive wc disk thrash (parsing the MERGE response...)

             ....................svn: RA layer request failed
             svn: Commit failed (details follow):
svn: MERGE request failed on '/repos/test/trunk/data'
svn: MERGE of '/repos/test/trunk/data': timed out waiting for
      server

My only question is: how can neon timeout, if it's parsing the MERGE
      response??
