Make 'svn status' recurse into svn:externals

    Description

      'svn status' should recurse into working copies that exist because
they are targets of svn:externals.  For performance reasons, this
should be tackled after issue #1426 is solved ('svn status' needs to
be streamy).  This is a continue of issue #959.
