Note that this is the same reproduction data as was used for issue
#1407, where it resulted in a crash due to invalid ,v files. We get
past that now, thanks to the fix in revision 6455, which allows us to
see this new bug... And the new bug is very similar to issue #1408,
which was (allegedly) resolved in revision 6454. However, there could
be different reasons why origin records would be missing. We'll see.
