Description

There was some disucssion regarding making cvs2svn.py more flexible
in handling CVS sources and where to place them into a SVN repository.
The key idea was to either have a --prefix option to place everything
underneath in SVN or to make --tags, --trunk and --branches smarter.

always work consistently when their arguments are multicomponent.
