Description
Patch by Larry Shatzer. For some reason not in the archives. Copying message here: Looking over the list of subcommands, I noticed a few spots where "svn <command>" was not bold. In this case, not wrapped in a <command> tag. I tried to wrap the text best I could, so we didn't get any long lines. Feel free to fix it where needed. Log Message: Add <command> tags around svn commands.
