Description

I'm using windows svn .17.1 (also tried .16.1) and i get the following
error message when i run the command-line svn client: "The dynamic
link library MSVCP60.dll could not be found in the specified path: ..."

To reproduce:

Install svn on a FRESH INSTALL of windows 2000.  I have installed svn
before without seeing this, but today I was installing win2k fresh,
and received this error message.

From a command line:
C:\> svn

You will see the error described above.

Workaround: Download the DLL from the web, for example, here: 
 http://www.dll-files.com/dllindex/dll-files.shtml?msvcp60

Copying the above file into C:\Program Files\Subversion fixed the
problem immediately.
