Filesystem delta chunk checksums -- all zeros?!

    Description

      Reading the code in reps-strings.c, one might be tempted to believe
that the filesystem code is storing checksums for delta chunks.  But
an examination of the DB tables shows those checksums to be a series
of 16 0's.  What gives?
