Description

When building the current 2.13-SNAPSHOT version of surefire (commit 5d0b1b1 from http://github.com/apache/maven-surefire.git), the unit test

SpecificTestClassFilterTest

fails on windows. Seems like a file separator issue (filters with '/' used in the test only work on filesystems with a '/' file separator).
