Redundant configuration of maven-shade-plugin

The module surefire-shared-utils uses maven-shade-plugin to relocate a number of Apache dependencies under new package names.

The shade configuration artifactSet is redundant, as shade plugin takes the module's dependencies by default. Further, the configuration contains a little typo ('incclude').
