Description

It was frustrating to have to hunt for the plugin in subversion. I found it here:
http://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/maven/surefire/trunk/

It still says this on http://maven.apache.org/plugins/maven-surefire-plugin/source-repository.html:
http://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/maven/plugins/trunk/maven-surefire-plugin
