Description

The last build https://builds.apache.org/job/maven-surefire-windows/741 was updated with JVM options:
-Xmx1024m -Xms256m -XX:MaxPermSize=512m

Throughout this the build fails with an error:
java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: PermGen space
