Submarine is now an Apache TLP and getting traction. Let's add it to LF AI Foundation Landscape (https://landscape.lfai.foundation/) to attract more attention.
Any ideas where to position Submarine? I suggest Machine Learning -> Platform or Deep Learning -> Platform
