Description

On 9/26/17 Twitter pushed a new API reference website. As a result most of the links in the java docs are now dead. The new reference is hosted at https://developer.twitter.com/en/docs/api-reference-index - virtually every endpoint has a new URL so they'll have to be researched and updated by hand.
