Description

Create a GraphPersistWriter implementation optimized for throughput, with ability to build a large graph database rapidly from scratch, rather than incrementally update an online graph via rest API.

Neo4j should be an optional scope import - bound at compile/test time but not included by default with streams-persist-graph.
